Description

Lake Avenue is closed between Roland Avenue and Charles Street. A few cars drove through the barricades blocking the road but didn't get very far before they ended up doing U-turns and finding alternate routes. From what I could tell, there appeared to be power lines down. Understandably, the power was out along the roads and throughout surrounding neighborhoods.
